LEED | ISO 14001 | Carbon Credits
February 24, 2009In application to industrial projects, the ISO 14001 standards may be the most universal application. However, it lacks the prescriptive elements of LEED certification. Upcoming on the horizon is the prospect of carbon credits for the project and the Client’s ability to hold or sell the same. More discussion is requested.
Is the motive for industry to secure LEED certification of their new facilities a genuine or a marketing effort?
